Al Moudira Hotel is at Hager Al Dabbeya on the west bank, out past the villages where the fields meet the desert. Medinet Habu is 6 km back down the road, the Colossi of Memnon and Deir el-Medina 7 km, the Valley of the Queens 8 km and the Valley of the Kings 9 km. Luxor Temple is 11 km across the river and the airport 21 km, and the hotel runs a shuttle.

Seven room types run from a 35 m2 twin to a 90 m2 family suite for five, with junior, signature, fountain and luxury suites of 55 to 65 m2 in between. Rooms have air conditioning, a minibar, a coffee machine, a dressing room, bathrobes and slippers, and marble floors. The grounds hold a heated pool open all year with a bar and towels at the water, a hammam, a steam room, a sauna and a spa, a tennis court with equipment to borrow, a garden and art galleries.
